About me

Technology is a systems question.

I work across AI advising, implementation, and policy—where technical capabilities become institutional realities.

I provide technology advising, implementation, and policy to help people understand, use, and govern AI.

Read the room.
Then read the system.

I help companies, nonprofits, governments, and policymakers understand, integrate, and govern AI. My background spans senior data, product, and operations roles over two decades in technology and policy, alongside four years directly in AI startups and research.

I have contributed to county-level data-center governance efforts across North Florida and am actively writing the American AI Blueprint, balancing national ambition with grounded, physical implementation.

Working method

Start with the decision in front of people. Map the infrastructure underneath it. Make the choices visible.

Institutional Strategy

Navigating questions of capacity, governance, and operational readiness without falling for hype.

Technical Fluency

Learning by building and researching the physical layers of compute to deeply understand the frontier.

Policy Translation

Creating frameworks that can actually meet and manage the technology they intend to shape.

Build institutional capacity,
not just language.

Good strategy leaves people better able to understand and act long after the engagement ends.
